New York Relatives

Aunty and Uncle from New York came to see us recently. I was asked to meet them the other day. It was fun, because I haven't seen them for ages. There are some favorite aunts and uncles, even though you are not supposed to admit this. Mostly, it is because you grew up seeing them around when you were a baby or a kid. The rest, although, I haven't met them, I only interact with indirectly, through news from family and other relatives. Time and distance are hindrances at first.

I think if everyone used the internet consistently, this wouldn't be a problem. I'm not sure if everyone likes to connect in this manner. I prefer letter - writing, but work and other activities prevent people from writing today.

I hope that I can visit them in New York sometime soon.

I did get a comment on one of my blogs from a cousin in New York. So, that was a good sign. I hope that I can see her sometime also. At least, we have some users on the net. :)

Don't forget to write or connect. I don't mind the methods you use, but it would be fun and rewarding.
